proposed resolutions. These are analysed in line with the ABI
Guidelines.
ESG Report
The ESG Report
monitors a Company’s compliance with the ABI Guidelines on
Responsible Investment
Disclosures. The four
disclosure ratings are; No Guideline Related, Limited, Moderate and
Full.

Combined Code
Report
The
Financial Reporting Council (FRC)
administers the Combined Code. How a Company has applied the Code's

Colour Coding
An IVIS Report may be issued as Blue, Green,
Amber or Red Top. This is the unique Colour
Code which brings areas of
concern to the attention of subscribers.
