  • Which Companies does IVIS Cover?
    • An IVIS Report is produced on all constituents of the FTSE All-Share Index.
  • Who writes IVIS Reports?
    • The IVIS team comprises four analysts – Andy Woods, James Upton, Andrew Ninian and Caroline Judson.
  • Does IVIS give voting advice?
    • IVIS does not give directed voting advice. Instead, we highlight areas of concern that we consider important to shareholders through our unique colour coding system.
  • What is the IVIS Colour Code System?
    • The colour showing the strongest concern is Red, followed by Amber. A Blue Top indicates no areas of major concern, while a Green report indicates an issue that has now been resolved.
  • How do I contact your Customer Service or Technical Support Departments?
    • The IVIS team are always available to answer and resolve any queries.

Reports

  • When is an IVIS Report produced?
    • An IVIS report is produced for both Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), for all of the Companies in the FTSE All-Share Index.
  • How long before a meeting date is the IVIS Report produced?
    • We aim to publish IVIS Reports at least three weeks before the meeting date. If the IVIS Report has outstanding issues, it will be published as pending. An updated IVIS Report will be published when appropriate.
  • How many parts does an IVIS Report have?
  • Can I obtain copies of previous IVIS Reports?
    • Subscribers may access all available historic IVIS Reports. Go to the quick search and enter the company name.
  • Can I obtain printed copies of IVIS Reports in the post?
    • As part of the ABI’s commitment to reducing our impact on the environment, we no longer send printed IVIS Reports to Subscribers. However, we have improved the functionality of the website to allow printing of all the IVIS Reports contained in the weekly email. In addition, you are now able to print an individual IVIS Report, print selected groups of IVIS Reports, and to print any IVIS Reports on a given date.

Purchasing

  • Can I purchase an IVIS Report on an individual company?
    • Visitors may purchase individual reports for either historic or future company meetings. Purchasers may then opt to be alerted to subsequent material amendments or future IVIS reports for that particular company.
  • How much does an IVIS Report cost?
    • An IVIS Report costs £250 +VAT.

Receiving Alerts

  • Can I be alerted when a particular IVIS Report is available?
    • Subscribers can choose to be alerted to when a particular IVIS Report becomes available or when a material amendment is made to an already published IVIS Report.
  • Where will my IVIS Report alerts be sent to?
    • Alerts will be sent to the email address stated in “Manage your Profile”.

    • The dates that appear next to a particular paper or guideline show when they were published. The ABI Investment Committee reviews all guidelines from time-to-time in order to ensure they remain relevant and are updated where appropriate.
